Take a Tour Inside These Chic Cafes in Bali!

Bali has always been a tourist magnet thanks to its laid-back vibes, beautiful beaches and incredibly scenic spots. A hotspot for destination weddings, wellness retreats and summer vacations, the island’s undisputable reputation for a vibrant cafe scene, remains one of the top reasons why Bali will always be on our radar.

Here, four hip cafes we are fond of:

Mad Pops

Whether you’re looking for a cosy (and pretty) hideout to hole up in on a scorching hot day or a quick sweet fix, here’s one to note. Featuring all-natural and vegan products, their hero offerings include popsicles (they have vegan choc fudge and raspberry coconut) and ice cream cones in a variety of flavours. Our favourite? Salted caramel and mango sorbet! And don’t forget to snap a mandatory #ootd or selfie against the iconic neon signage. Opens daily 11am to 10pm, Jl. Kayu Aya No.48, Seminyak, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, 180361, Indonesia

For a more fun and whimsical setting, this restaurant-bar ticked all the right notes with loud colours and tasteful illustrations as decor. Menu highlights: Fish tacos and cheeseburger (the children will love it too!). The perfect spot for breakfast or lunch with the whole family. Opens daily 7am to 12am, Jl. Kayu Aya No.22, Seminyak, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia

Motel Mexicola

This contemporary Mexican-inspired cafe does it right by adding a vintage touch to its dining atmosphere. Think ’90s-focused wall decors, chess-patterned tiles and wallpapers! Suitable for families and couples alike, expect a good time noshing on delectable bar and cafe fares like tapas and alcoholic drinks. Trust us, here’s where the cool crowd will flock to. Opens daily 11am to 1am, Jalan Kayu Jati No. 9X, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia

Sisterfields Bali

Arguably the most popular cafe in Bali, Sisterfields brings the vibrant brunch-and-coffee scene in Australia to central Seminyak. Best known for their coffee and all-day breakfast menu, you will heart its smashed avocado toast, pulled pork charcoal burger and signature beef patty burger aka ‘Dirty Burger’. If you’re looking for something light, the acai berry bowl makes a delicious (and healthier!) option too. Opens daily 7am to 10pm, Jalan Kayu Cendana No. 7, Seminyak, Kuta, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia
