In the day, it’s all fun and games with the family-friendly Halloween Party Parade at Lotte World! Featuring their cute mascots with pumpkin props, the park gets an adorable makeover in celebration of the festival! It’s a real nightmare come true at Everland, as the theme park opens an extreme horror zone, Blood City! Go on the most popular T-Express roller coaster, as it gets taken over by ghouls and zombies from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. From 5pm, the Safari World Animal Watch will also be closed in preparation for the Halloween attraction, Horror Safari. The experience features a bus which drives through a haunted zone, and gets chased by hordes of gruesome zombies. But perhaps the scariest of all is the Horror Maze, the haunted house!

Scaredy cat but still want in on the festivities? No problem. In the day, the park is decked in orange and black decorations suitable for children and the faint-hearted. Check out Boo Street (at Parade Path) and the Trick or Treat Happy Halloween Party.

Ocean Park takes its Halloween celebrations very seriously, which is why they has 11 themed attractions, with 12 uniquely horrifying experiences! While the sun is up, the park celebrates with jolly parades and shows. But come sunset… The park transforms into a ghost-filled scary zone, with vampires and other monsters of the night!

With a premium Halloween Fest ticket, you can take your scare fest to the next level with the PHOBIA Experience. If you’re a fan of The Walking Dead, this is a definite must-go: Strategically timed to coincide with the launch of AMC’s the Walking Dead season 8, Thorpe Park’s Fright Nights feature two terrifying mazes based on the zombie TV hit series. The Walking Dead: Living Nightmare is an indoor maze and challenges parkgoers to join other survivors against Negan from season 7. The Walking Dead: Sanctum is the outdoor attraction, where the bold and brave have to escape and outrun the gruesome walkers.

Taking an entirely different approach to Halloween and incorporating the unique dress-up culture of Japan, this year’s theme is “Cosplay in the day, scream at night!” The Sanrio character mascots will be cosplaying, donning witchy and ghostly costumes. The merchandise sold will also show the characters in their seasonal outfits, so be sure to pick those up.
