#2 Cecica Hair Salon

Another relatively popular Korean salon, Cecica is located in Ewha Women’s University. The full menu is available on their website, so you can choose exactly what look you’d like. As a gauge, a perm can cost anything from 70,000KRW (S$86) to 140,000KRW (S$174), depending on what you choose.
